Fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple 🍍.
Slightly sweet, then fizzy, then bitter, then cutting off 🤔After the fizzy feeling, it's slightly sweet with a clean dry aftertaste 🙄.
It's like a sparkling white wine 🍷.
It was slightly tingling at the moment of drinking, but there was a hint of sweetness, no aftertaste, and it was easy to drink.
Unlike Katsikoma, which pursued a traditional taste, this sake has the feel of a new sake of today.
My image is that this is Haneya.
After a while, I drank it again and found it to be too sweet.

When we bought Masumi Hiyadoroshi, we found a bottle of 2023.12 nama-zake in the refrigerator of a liquor store 😁We had it at the beginning of this year, and it has a characteristic acidity as it has lost some of its edge. It was matured in a cool store fridge, so it did not have a raw hiney feeling at all.
It was the first day of a consecutive holiday weekend, and before going to Nanao, I dropped by Amehara Beach. As expected, we could not see the Tateyama mountain range, but it was a beautiful autumn day 🌊.
Hello, @Mizuhashi.
The sea, clouds and blue sky are beautiful. ⤴️
I used to have Masumi when I wasn't into sake, but I haven't seen it recently, so I've been thinking about having it for the first time in a while 😊.
Good evening, ma-ki- san 🌇.
I wonder if you were in Gokayama when I was on the Amehara Coast 😉.
Masumi, I also had a classical image of the old days, but since I visited the brewery store Sera Masumi, my image has changed 😆.
@Mizuhashi, I am sorry to be rude again.
I was in Gokayama on this day as you mentioned 🎵.
I guess it is very different from the Masumi I know. I would love to try this sake again 😊.
This Junmai Daiginjo was released after the earthquake by Takazawa Shuzo, whose brewery was completely destroyed by the earthquake in Noto.
It is a sake that experienced the earthquake.
It is not as sweet as kijoshu, but it has a sweet and mild taste, and when you drink it, you will feel that this is Akebono.
I hear that they are rebuilding the brewery for next year, and I look forward to another delicious sake.
I had been wondering if the earthquake was okay since I had stopped seeing fresh sake at a nearby Yamaya. I was wondering if the earthquake was OK, but I saw it at another store and bought it immediately.
I usually drink junmai ginjo, but this one is also easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.
I wonder if they will offer even better next year.
700CI😄
Kiriban got my favorite bamboo leaves.
Takeba Noto Junmai Shizuku Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml
100% Yamadanishiki grown in Noto
Contract farmer Yumeurara Corporation (Shiga Town, Ishikawa Prefecture)
Alcohol content 17
Rice polishing ratio 55
Sake merchant Tajiri Honten also had a hard time because quite a lot of sake was broken by the earthquake.
We received the power of this sake that arrived after the earthquake.
We hope it will be revived again with the farmers in Noto.
The 4th picture is what we purchased yesterday, Ikegetsu @ Yoshida Sake Shop and Sogen @ Yamaya.
@Mizuhashi, congratulations on your 700 check-ins: ㊗️🎉You had a great turnout in support of Noto while celebrating with bamboo leaves😊It looks like you will be able to resume brewing gradually in the spring and I hope to get some power from the bamboo leaves 💪.
Hello @Mizuhashi😃!
Congratulations on your 700 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ with your favorite Noto Sake 🍶 🎉 Drink and support from the liquor store! Great activity 👍.
Hello @Mizuhashi, ☀️😀
Congratulations on your 700 check-in 🎉🎊㊗️ good to see you on my favorite Takeba 😚👍I wish you the best of luck, Kazuma Sake Brewery. Tajiri Honten is also a big store, so it seems to be hard work.
Congratulations @Mizuhashi on 700 check-ins 🎉🎊!
It's a great number for your favorite drink, and a great way to support us ✨.
It makes me want to cheer for you because you are working so hard together with the liquor store in the midst of a difficult time 🥹.
Congratulations @Mizuhashi for 700 check-ins: ㊗️🎊🎉🎈🎉🎊㊗️
Kazuma Sake Brewery was also severely damaged, but there are some good stories about the rescue of unrefined sake and the safety of sake in storage tanks. Drink and support, great 🍶👍.
Hi Hirupeco, good evening 🌆.
I'm looking forward to the sake that you are brewing again😊.
This sake says it was made in December, did it come before the earthquake? I asked the shopkeeper if it had arrived recently. I thought it was the sake that didn't crack due to the earthquake 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby🌇.
This liquor store is very close to the Manjusen brewery. The liquor store grows and sells its own aged sake. If you come to Hokuriku, we will show you around 😄.
Good evening, massa 🌇.
Thank you very much 😊.
I have stocked up on a variety of sake for the "Kiri No. 1" candidate, but I will open the bottle without any hesitation 😆.
Good evening, Maecin-san 🌆.
I also chose Noto sake as my number one wine 😁.
Tajiri-san, I heard that you have a lot of expensive wines, so the damage was huge.
I hope both the brewer and the liquor store do well 😉.
Congratulations @Mizuhashi on your 700 check-ins㊗️🎉🎊
Kiri number is great for my favorite sake 👍‼️ I guess it's a relief to be able to brew and ship sake despite the earthquake 😌.
Hi Pon, good evening 🌆.
I would drink more to support you but I have too much stock at home 😥.
Even yesterday I was like to my wife why are you buying 3 bottles in one day 😅.
Good evening, Aladdin🌇.
It seems that many different sake breweries are helping out the Kazuma Sake Brewery. It's great to have reliable friends👍.
I look forward to the sake produced in 2024 😊.
Thank you Rafa papa 😊.
I was surprised to see a lot of shizuku in the fridge at the liquor store, especially since it is only available during the winter months ‼️ I look forward to seeing the upcoming collaboration sake 😌.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi! 😀
Congratulations on your 700 check-ins! 🎉
I hope you will do well in the future with the sake from Ishikawa Prefecture.
I'm not familiar with it here, so I'll have to look for it. 😅
@Mizuhashi, thank you for everything 👍700 check-ins awesome 👀Congratulations 🎉I hope your favorite brewery was affected by the disaster and will be back soon 🍶.
Good evening, Masaaki Sapporo-san!
I am very impressed with the efforts of the brewers and their friends. I just drink, but only a little 😅 as much as I can.
@Mizuhashi Very late but congratulations on your 700 check-in 🎊🎉.
I've been wanting to try the bamboo leaves for a while now... 😢.
I don't know if it's safe to say, but it looks like you will be able to reopen around March.
Masumi MIYASAKA Miyasaka Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 720ml
Koji rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol percentage: 15
It is an aged old sake, Miyasaka, Masumi.
I wandered by Tajiri Sake Shop and found it 😅I bought it immediately.
I'm going to Shinshu next week! but now that I found it, I have no choice but to force myself to buy it!
Now it's time to open the bottle.
There is a light smell of cemedine, but it is not unpleasant.
After a while, it opens right up.
It's not as old as an aged sake, but the roughness has been removed and it's a well-balanced sake 😆.
Good evening @Mizuhashi 🌃😀
Tajiri Sake Shop is good 😚👍I have visited there once 😁The sake in the huge cellar is breathtaking 😊Miyasaka is a good choice for pre-trip sake for Shinshu trip 🥳.
Good morning, Maechen 😃.
That cellar is awesome 😯.
I had a hard time deciding between that and Koryu's Autumn Sake, but I decided to go with Miyasaka 😆 Come to think of it, there were a few people tasting it at the Masuda Brewery nearby 🤗.
Kikuhime Nigori Sake (Yamahai, hi-ire, ordinary sake)
Rice polishing ratio: unknown
Sake rice: 100% Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture (special A district)
Alcohol content: 14-15%.
It was produced in November 2013, so it is exactly 9 years old. I bought it 2 years ago, when the liquor store was clearing out their fridge with the Corona disaster and found it ^ ^.
I was worried it might be twisted, but it's totally fine. It's so clean, creamy, and so nice on the throat that you don't even know you're drinking alcohol. The alcohol rises after it reaches the stomach, and you feel like, "Oh, it's sake, isn't it?
My acquaintances were also pleased with the aged sake ^ ^.
