Ruri Karakusa Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-genshu
Botan Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-genju
This is a luxurious lineup.
These are delicious sake from Tokuchi, Yamaguchi.
I've been wanting to drink "Seductionist" for a long time.
Highly aromatic and just a little dry.
Nice sweetness after it goes down your throat.
I learned another delicious sake.
100% Omachi
Even though I think about it
I still get tired of the cherry blossoms
Fukamikusa, or the cherry blossom that I keep forgetting.
The taste is rich and deep, and the unfiltered, unrefined tang is also delicious.
The aroma is strong and high.
The Omachi blends well and is well balanced.
The balance is very good.
I heard that it is made by a couple.
I would like to visit the brewery.
It is one of the three best sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
I drank it for the first time and
I was surprised at what I didn't know before.
I was surprised at what I didn't know before.
running away from home without paying for food
I like the deep flavor of Ganki and drink it often.
It is also good that it has a little bit of a tangy taste.
It is also delicious.
I was surprised when I drank it, thinking it was dry because it was made by the Tosa Sake Brewery.
It is a delicious sake with a deep, deep, very fruity and aromatic flavor.
It is not too much to say that it is sweet, but it is very smooth and easy to drink.
My favorite
Toyo Bijin and
It has a deep flavor that combines the best parts of Ganki.

Mouthfeel.
Fruity aroma reminiscent of apples and pineapples.
Despite its low alcohol content, it has an exquisite balance between a firm acidity and a hint of sweetness.
We drank at a tavern.
Soft, crisp, easy-drinking sake.
It has a nice texture on the tongue, and you can enjoy it in small doses.
The conversation was lively.
Perfect for drinking by an old man.
A collaboration between Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery and regional trading company Yamaguchi, this is a seasonal product that lets you experience the four seasons.
It is said to have a gentle taste of "spring" with a light nigori color.
With a mouthfeel like amazake
Slightly crisp and refreshing taste.
Delicious!
I bought this because I wanted to drink a sake from Tottori Prefecture.
It's not so much refreshing.
It's more like an old-fashioned sake with a mellow flavor.
The flavor is not what you would expect from a Junmai Daiginjo.
