We want everyone to be able to enjoy a rich time through sake equally. This new junmai ginjo was created to realize the ideal world envisioned by the current brewer. It is characterized by its moist, soft, and straightforward taste. As the name "Pellenteous" implies, this is a sake that brings a new dimension to the world of Koshinokanbai.

The gorgeous fruity aroma one would expect from a junmai daiginjo is more subdued than the packaged sake we drank previously.

This sake is produced by the Nagai family in Numata City, Gunma Prefecture.
The sake is made by the Nagai family, and is rarely seen outside of its hometown.
The sweet aroma of fruit and flowers was not too strong, and the sake was light and elegant.

This is a series of 300ml bottles of local sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan, which can only be purchased on the trip (locally).
I haven't tried the local sake yet, but I picked up a bottle first. I would like to GET it if I find it in the future.
It is relatively dry and refreshing with a hint of sweetness from the rice!
