Buds are beginning to swell and it is the season of love. I would like to make a toast with that special someone with this spring-like sake made with Kyoto yeast "Kyo-no-Koi" and "Kyo-no-Hana" and finished with a sweet and sour taste. P.S.∶Chunyo rice contains less easily digestible protein than regular rice and was developed for people with protein intake restrictions.

It was a beautiful yet delicious sake with a strong umami flavor. I had the luxury of comparing it with "Saku", which is also brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki! When I went skiing in Kusatsu Onsen, I tasted it at my favorite liquor store and enjoyed it so much that I bought it as a souvenir. It was an easy-drinking sake with a clean aftertaste. 27th bottle in 2024 for drinking at home This is the last Kumazawa Shuzo's Amano Asashibori for this season. It was just released at the same time, so we enjoyed it while comparing it with Otters. It is a favorite because it is a refreshing sake that goes well with meals. Kumazawa Sake Brewery is one of the breweries that I have a strong attachment to, as I have been to many events there due to its proximity. Date of production: March 14, 2024 Rice: 100% domestic rice (I think it was Gohyakumangoku) Polishing ratio 50%.
