I got my favorite Sentori dobrok. It is not strained any more than Nigori Zero was until last year, it is marked 0.0 lol. Since it is listed as sake, I guess it is sake under the Sake Tax Law and not dobrok, but the nigori like dobrok is very silky and the Organic Naturals with no added yeast is relatively light, but still has a great flavor. I'm looking forward to the upcoming X of Organic Naturals. Thanks for the treat.

I have been wanting to try Hakutsuru-nishiki sake someday, and since my favorite liquor store was selling a set of this sake, I ended up purchasing it. The last time I had Amego Tsuki, I had the impression that it was light and gentle, and this sake also has a light impression for a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a firm aftertaste as Junmai Daiginjos do, but the flavor is mild and the mouthfeel is very soft. This may be natural since it is made in Hiroshima. There was a time when it was as difficult to obtain as Jyushiyo, but it has a taste that is in contrast to Jyushiyo with its gorgeous and mellow aroma. It would be fun to compare the two. However, it may not be enough for those who like the fruity flavor that is so popular these days. We enjoyed it again. Thank you very much.

We received the second bottle of Nanabonjari Active Nigori. The first bottle was still fermenting and was difficult to open, but a few months later, the fermentation had subsided and the bottle was easy to open. The taste was a little less fizzy and less sweet nigori sake. It seems that this sake has more potential when drunk immediately rather than waiting a long time. That being said, it is a Shichibon-Yari as one would expect. It is not sweet, but has a wild taste that is different from the so-called "dry" taste, and the taste of nature is still there. I still like Shichibon-yari. I was a little surprised when I chose the Amber Sake at a UTAGE event the other day, but I feel that Shichibonsyuari is different from ordinary aged sake in that the more it is aged, the deeper the flavor of Shichibonsyuari becomes, and I think Amber Sake is my favorite of the Shichibonsyuari. I would like to have another Shichibonshari sake. Thank you very much.

We had it again, Winter Otosore. It is a sweet sake, but since it is nigori sake, it has a creamy and shwashy taste, which is a nice accent to the sweetness. This is the second bottle I have had, and it also felt softer in the mouth than the first bottle I had in the winter. It was very tasty. Thank you very much.

This is my second bottle of Ona nigori sake this season! It is still delicious! It's only because I drink it in this warmer time of the year that the shwashiness is enhanced! It is worth buying two bottles. The taste is a little bit sweeter after a few months. It tastes a little sweeter now that it has been sitting for a few months, but it still has the same schwashy feeling and tastes like a very easy-to-drink juice. I drank it up quickly lol. I forgot to post the second Noto cheering sake, which I had before the vacations. I personally like it better than the yellow one, as it is a perfect marriage of the freshness that is typical of nama-zake and the richness that is typical of kijo-zake. The clean, clear mouthfeel that is typical of Yoshida Kurau is still there, and it is a great sake. Thank you very much for the sake.

We have been receiving Purple Space Strawberry Label since this season. I had no idea that it was available in the Kansai region until now, but I have been enjoying it since this season. It is made in the same Iwate Prefecture as Akabu and uses the same sake rice, but the taste is very different. The Strawberry Label has a really fruity taste like strawberries, and it is a sake that can be easily enjoyed with little lingering aftertaste. Personally, I like it. I am not sure if the strawberry label makes it taste like strawberries or if the sake itself tastes like strawberries, but I can recommend this sake as it is easy to drink, even for sake beginners. This is my second bottle of Murasaki Uchu, and both of them are a hit and I like them, so I want to drink more and more of them. Personally, when I think of Iwate, I think of Akabu, but this was a very tasty sake that broke into that category. Thank you very much for the sake.

It's winter sake in the season of spring sake lol I bought two bottles last November and left them on the shelf. I wanted to enjoy the change in taste, but I thought I had to have it within half a year, so I had it this time. I don't remember much of the taste from November (lol), but I can tell that the sweetness has increased. It tastes a little less acidic and a little less squashy, but it tastes sweeter and more like a strong calpis soda. I thought it might taste even better if I had it in January. I am looking forward to the next season!

I had a bottle of Hagi no Dew squeezed this morning that was given to me by an acquaintance. It is pre-scheduled to be pressed on March 14, and the brewery brews it accordingly. I thought I had to have such a fresh sake right away, so I opened the bottle this time. It was very fresh, with a beautiful mouthfeel and a nice sweetness that was very pleasant. Fruity sake is all the rage these days, but this is sweet sake with a freshness that makes it easy to drink. I am very happy to be able to enjoy freshly pressed sake. Thank you very much.

Second bottle because it was so good last time lol. No, it is a stable taste. Momoten is probably my favorite of all the Tenmei. For various reasons, there was no Yukiten this season, but I am satisfied with this sake this year. The fruity, shwashiness, and just the right amount of sweetness keeps the sake flowing. The good thing about Amami is that the acidity does not disappear even after the second day, and the continued flavor is also highly appreciated. This is my second bottle, so I won't go into details, but it was a very tasty sake. Thank you very much for the sake.

Second bottle of aka. It is a fresh aka, aka with depth. It has a fruity taste like lychee, which is typical of Senkyoku, and I think this one tastes better than the last one. Maybe it depends on my physical condition. It was a stable taste that needs no explanation. Thank you very much.

UA series for Noto earthquake. 2 sets have been purchased. hope for the earliest recovery. Now, the second bottle of SENKYO UA. 1st Ao. This fast brewing sake is very easy to drink, and the fruity taste of SENKYO's sake disappears. I really like SENKYO's sake, so I would like to have more and more of it in the future. When I found out that Murasaki Uchu, which is said to be gaining more and more fans recently, is sold in the Kansai region, I hurriedly purchased two bottles. This time it was the diamond label. It tastes like a royal sweet sake, with a slight tanginess right after opening the bottle, but it is easy to drink and goes down smoothly. It has a sweet aroma, as is typical of Junmai Daiginjos, and is a sake that will appeal to those who like sweet sake. I am looking forward to another bottle with a strawberry label. Banshu Ikken is a sake that we have started to receive this season. This seasonal sake is more to my liking than the nigori sake I have had in the past and is very tasty. Banshu Ikkenten has the impression of being dry, but this sake has a fruity and modern taste. I think it is sweet, but not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness, and I never get tired of drinking it. It was my favorite taste lol. I finished it right away lol. I would like to have a variety of Banshu Ikkyo as well!

FOMALHAUT Imperial Sake, which we received again this year! It is a true dessert sake, very sweet and may be served over ice cream. This sake was brewed based on last year's work, and I have the impression that it is even richer than last year's. I prefer a sharp sake to a sweet one. While I have come to prefer sharp sake to sweet sake, this kijoshu will always be my favorite. The same goes for Yonotori, but it is strange. I wanted to have it again next year. This is the first time I have received this sake from Yamanashi Prefecture. I had an image that Yamanashi is all about wine, and while I had heard that Nanaken was delicious and famous for its sparkling sake, I had never picked up a bottle of sake. It was in this context that I received the Harushibori. As the description "dry" suggests, there is no sweetness, yet it has a pleasant freshly squeezed, shwashy sensation. It is soft rather than sharp, and would be good as a food sake. It made me want to pick up another sake. Thank you very much for the sake.

I received a bottle of Noto cheering sake and hope for the earliest possible recovery. This year's Yoshida Kurau has a refreshing taste, but this Kijo-zake is full of the sweetness that is typical of Kijo-zake. It was also described as fresh, and it certainly had a freshness typical of nama-zake. But the sweetness is stronger than the freshness. It had a sweetness like banana juice and was very easy to drink and delicious. It was a treat.

I wondered what would happen to Chosyu Brewery in the future after Mr. Fujioka left the company, but the previous lineup from Momoten was revived. I opened the bottle with trepidation, wondering if there would be any change in flavor, but the Tenbi-ness of the past was still there, and it was a very tasty sake. It had the creaminess and slight sparkle from the light nigori, yet still had the sweetness and umami that is typical of Amami, and I felt that the flavors created by Mr. Fujioka had been passed on. I think the brewery will change after Mr. Fujioka's departure, but I would like to continue to support the brewery. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We had a draft version of Yoshida Kura u Ishikawamon. It is a fresh and light sake, with a stronger sense of slight effervescence than the Hyakumangoku No Shiro. It is a very food-friendly sake, and as the label says, it has a soft mouthfeel. I have a feeling that this year's nama-shu tends to be lighter overall, which may reflect this year's tendency for the rice to be less soluble. I think the one I had a few years ago had more flavor. In a year like this, it may taste better if it has a sharpness to it as well. We enjoyed it very much.

This is the first time with SNOW CRYSTAL since the first year. At that time, I did not know about Koei Kiku, and this is my first SNOW CRYSTAL. Although it is labeled "SNOW," it is a clear sake, not a nigori sake. The name "SNOW CRYSTAL" is probably inspired by the freezing, skin-stinging coldness of winter when snow is falling. It tastes just like its name, and the colder it is, the better it tastes. It tastes like a grown-up version of rumune and is very easy to drink and delicious. I finished it quickly lol. I would like to buy it again when it comes out next. Thank you very much for the treat.
