The last of the Hatsubatake series of Sentori Modern is Seme.
In the Hatsubatake series, only the Nakadori was a Usa-nigori, and this Seshime was a clear sake like the Arabashiri.
Generally speaking, Seme is said to have the most miscellaneous taste, but this sake did not have that.
I have a stupid tongue, so I could not taste the difference between this sake and Arabashiri, but it is a normal tasty sake.
It is the most standard taste of Sengoku, and it is a sake that you can drink on a regular basis without getting tired of drinking it.
I am looking forward to drinking the first and second styles from now on.
