Tomita Shuzo is my favorite sake brewery in the classic-leaning category.
Among them, this activated nigori is one of my favorites.
Other nigori sake are described as milky, but this is a nigori sake with the rice still in the bottle.
It tastes almost no sweetness, and you can taste the wildness.
As nigori sake, it is different from other types of sake and is very drinkable.
It is a bit difficult to open the bottle because it is so shwashy, so just be careful about that, but that is the secret of its deliciousness lol.
It feels like it is still alive in the bottle.
I am glad to have it again this year!
