Akabusu Snow Christmas which I received again this year.
But we didn't get it for Christmas.
I have come to understand that Akabu's snow tends not to be strongly niggly, but only slightly niggly. The extra is what we call nigori.
The taste is fresh with a malic acid flavor that is typical of Akabu. It is very easy to drink with a wintery, crisp mouthfeel.
I am looking forward to the extra again.
Thanks for the treat.
