We got it again this year, Urasato's light nigori.
I personally think I might like it better than last year's lol.
I don't know what kind of yeast Ogawa yeast is, but I could taste the sweet aroma in this sweet nigori sake, and it was very easy to drink and delicious.
It was so delicious that I went guibi-guibi (gulping).
The alcohol content is 15 degrees, which is about the same as regular sake, so it may be difficult for beginners, but for those who are just starting to like sake, I highly recommend it!
By the way, in Osaka, Kinoshita Meishakuten in Hokusetsu seems to carry Urasato.
It has been evolving year by year and is a sake I would like to have again in the future. Thank you for the sake.
