I finally got to try the Musou, which was recommended by Kai of SakeLab a few years ago.
My first impression was that it was a very typical sake, yet it had a fruity taste that I loved.
Although it is described as dry, it is not light and dry. You can taste the umami of the rice so much that you wonder if it is really dry.
Compared to the sweet sake, it is not as sweet, so I guess it is dry.
It was a very delicious sake and I would like to buy it again.
