We opened a bottle of our favorite Nagi by Kangiku.
Kai of SakeLab recommended this as one of this year's spring sake, and we wanted to open it as soon as possible.
The taste has the apple-like flavor and unique bitterness typical of Kangiku, yet it is fresh like a spring sake, and combined with the silky taste from the light nigori, it is very easy to drink and gobble up. Dangerous!
I was able to buy two bottles this year, so I will enjoy the other one a little later.
I always want to drink Kangiku's sake, so I always try to have a bottle on hand.
I am looking forward to the next one. Thank you very much for the sake!
