Matsuo boast by Kangiku, which I have wanted to have for a long time. I bought it from a sake store in Chiba prefecture, as it is a local standard sake.
It has a moderate sweetness with a distinctive bitter taste, a moderate bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel.
Although it is a sweet sake, it is an easy-drinking sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
I would like to drink it again and again.
I would like to buy it again.
