I had a modern Biao style from Edobori Sentori.
It is still delicious lol.
The Zero Shiki Nakadori was also orikara, but this one had more orikara and more umami.
To be honest, all the moderns are delicious, but I think I like the Biao style the best so far.
It has just the right amount of juiciness and is light enough to be drunk lightly, making it perfect as a mealtime sake.
I look forward to more Sentori in the future.
