I had to order a cup of sake because they didn't have too many varieties in the store.
I made a heated cup in the microwave to serve with the stewed pork.
This time the warmed sake was delicious!
It's not too sweet, not too spicy, and goes well with darker dishes.
I'll be looking for more cups of sake in the future, as it's really the perfect amount to try.
