Another sake from Kochi Prefecture, This was purchased at a local liquor store, so the label is not peeled off. It is a sake with a strong emphasis on spiciness and umami, and would go well with sashimi, etc, I drank it cold and sipped it slowly, and as time went by, it became more rounded and the umami increased a little. The change in flavor is also nice. Sake from Kochi Prefecture is easy to match with fish dishes, I will take a break from beer today.

I bought this as an afterthought when I went to Kochi Prefecture to eat bonito tataki (bonito tataki). When I put the sake in the seat back of my motorcycle, the label came off, But I'll take it easy. Of course, I'm going to serve it with bonito tataki, And I tried to recreate it. Yes, I did, Sake and bonito are both delicious, The sake was so spicy without any accompaniments that I thought there was no other way but to pair it with the sashimi, Yes, everything was delicious. Next time, I'll have to take measures to prevent the label from peeling off, Today's beer, Today's beer was Kirin's Autumn Taste. I remember it was very tasty last year, It's a Kirin beer that's very dry and has less bitterness and such, But I thought last year's beer was much better than last year's. First, I had a glass while making rice with chestnuts. It was delicious and a little too sweet for me, But when I drank it, I overcooked it and it got burnt all over. The parts that weren't burnt were tasty, so it's not a problem. I knew it was Mr. White Peony! I guess there was no mistake. It was a delicious drink that made me feel thankful to be able to enjoy autumn. And then, I went to a festival this weekend, It is the season of autumn festivals and I went to a festival on the weekend, I can't drink because I have a car, so I had to drink non-alcoholic beverages. And it's from Hokkaido, I would say, "Then, you should buy sake from Hokkaido, But there are no liquor stores in Hokkaido that sell it, So I went to a sake mass retailer, and there was a map of Hokkaido on the label, I immediately bought it. Mmmm, Cabbage and onion salad with miso dressing sold at the sake brewery in Nonta Roadside Station. This was the best match.
