If you drink it with fish, the bitterness disappears and the umami becomes more intense. It is not the kind of sake that can be bought at a discount price for one coin, so I am grateful for that. It was delicious. And the beer? A blue can of beer from Isekaku, It was a delicious beer with a slightly citrusy flavor. With expectation and anxiety I opened the bottle. The smell was neither fruity nor anything else. How does it taste? It tastes like coconut, with the typical alky taste of coconut, but it's gentle, clean, and sharp.
