This is the sake we decided on after tasting it. It is made from 100% locally grown Koshihikari rice with a rice polishing ratio of 90%, which allows you to fully enjoy the flavor and richness of the rice. Of course, the rice is almost unpolished, so there are some subtle tastes, but even these are sublimated into the deliciousness of the sake. I would like to drink it again.

This is the sake I decided on after tasting many different kinds of sake when I visited Tamagawa Sake Brewery. It is one of the hard-to-find sakes, as it is sold only at two places including this direct sales place. The taste was a good one, with a fruity aroma and a medium-bodied, full-bodied taste with a lingering aftertaste. I think everyone will like the taste.

It is a famous sake that was preceded by an acquaintance from outside the prefecture, and is a valuable sake that is hard to find even in the local area. Although it was a special junmai, it produced an aroma and flavor as good as jungin. It didn't take that long, but the taste remained the same until the end.

I bought this sake for drinking at the hotel just to try it out. This was a nice, coherent sake. It is elegant, has a good richness, and has a nice aroma. My partner and I both appreciated it very much. If I buy it again, I would like to bring it home in a 4-gou or 1-sho bottle.

It was hard to get my hands on this sake because of the one bottle per person restriction. This time, I went with the intention of buying a large quantity, so I got both types. Surprisingly, I got the impression that it was more stable and tasty than Hitogokochi. It was wonderful, with little change over time, maintaining a soft umami sweetness to the very end. If I have a chance to visit Okazaki Sake Brewery again, I would like to buy it.

I was curious to see what kind of sake it would be made by the Okazaki Sake Brewery, which is brewed in the same neighborhood as the Okazaki Sake Brewery of Shinshu Kamerei. Although not as good as Kamerei, the quality is quite high. However, the taste changed as time passed after opening the bottle. I also felt the oxidation of the flavor as the bottle was opened.

Definitely sake. Mystery why they don't sell the Kafuda Sake series even though it is a Niigata sake brewing company. It is delicious with depth of flavor and just the right amount of sharpness.

I got it on an out-of-prefecture trip to Nagano. As the previous reputation suggests, it has a gorgeous aroma, good mouthfeel, and a lingering aftertaste. It is sweet, so it is a sake to be enjoyed on its own, not during a meal.

I was hooked after drinking Eikunoholic first and was curious to try the normal Eikun. The color of the label differs depending on the sake rice used. The aroma and taste are both mellow and umami, just the way I like it, and I am very satisfied with it. There are no stores in my hometown that sell it, so I have to rely on my hometown tax payment.

This is a junmai sake from Higi Sake Brewery, which is rarely distributed. I happened to meet the president of Higi Shuzo at my favorite liquor store where I went to buy it today, so I bought it to commemorate the occasion. It has a mild aroma, soft and deep flavor, and a pleasant feeling that it quickly fades away. Kuwata of Southern Japan said that Higi Sake Brewery is the best sake in Niigata. Highly recommended!

This sake is also a Yamagata souvenir. The sake rice is Dewa Sanzan, but unlike the aforementioned Yonetsuru, it has a unique flavor. Whether the indescribable taste, especially in the latter half, is addictive or not depends on the individual. I was in the group that could not get used to it.

My partner, who hates brewer's alcohol, said he could enjoy drinking this. I also prefer this sake to Sotenbo, which is the representative brand.

This is definitely a great sake. It has a stable taste no matter when you buy it. It is very hard to find even in Niigata Prefecture. This one has a gorgeous aroma, a full flavor, and a nutty aroma in the latter half of the bottle, making it very tasty. I purchased a bottle of this sake, but it ran out very quickly. I would like to get it again if I have the chance.
