This is the sake we decided on after tasting it. It is made from 100% locally grown Koshihikari rice with a rice polishing ratio of 90%, which allows you to fully enjoy the flavor and richness of the rice. Of course, the rice is almost unpolished, so there are some subtle tastes, but even these are sublimated into the deliciousness of the sake. I would like to drink it again.
