Sake given to me as a souvenir by a fellow senior drinking traveler🍶.
It is gorgeous but dry.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel this sweetness, but it doesn't linger, and it is very easy to drink!
By the way...the "Hanegi Shibori" is a traditional technique that requires a lot of time and effort.
The "Hanegi Shibori" method, which has been passed down from generation to generation at Yoshidaya, is a very delicate way of sake brewing, and there are only a few sake breweries left in Japan that are able to perform the "Hanegi Shibori" method.
This sake is also made with Abelia flower yeast, which was isolated through research conducted by the Department of Brewing at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Junior College of Agriculture.
