Purchased at Tsurunoe Sake Brewery.
It's a sake that you can't buy anywhere else, and it's the clerk's favorite!
It has a strong sourness like a raw sake, but it is refreshing and easy to drink even for women.
We got our R3BY sake early!
Tenmei Nakatori Zerigou, brewed with Mizuho Kogane, an early maturing variety from Aizu Sakashita.
It's a well-balanced sake with a good acidity and sweetness.
Sasamasamune Junmai Ginjo from Sota's Hump Society.
Yamada Nishiki from Kitakata is used.
It makes you feel the deliciousness firmly in the sake of Kitakata and refreshing.
I've been slacking a bit, so I've put them all together.
First up is a sake from a small brewery in the town of Ogo, Ibaraki Prefecture.
The brewer told me that there are no big breweries in Ibaraki Prefecture, but there are many small ones. The brewer told me that there are many small sake breweries in Ibaraki.
It was a solid sake.
I was told that heating it up was recommended. I've had it at room temperature and warmed. As I expected, the warmed sake has a swollen taste and more flavor.
Masayuki is a sake from Yui, Shizuoka Prefecture. It is named after Masayuki Yui, I guess.
It is said to be brewed with a test rice which has no name yet.
We had it with cold sake, and it was delicious. It is slightly spicy and refreshing.
Sota's hump meeting original. Suehiro Shuzo's tentative title bran. It is a Jun-Gin brewed with Fukunoka from Fukushima and aged for 6 months. The sake is full and gentle like Aizu.
The second bottle is Tenmei, Sota's Hump Kai Original. It has a solid structure and concentrated flavor. It is said that it is the graduation work of the person who came from the sake brewery in Shiga for training.
On this day, we opened two bottles at the same time.
The first one is the Hououmita Junmai Ginjo that I bought at Yajima Shuten. Maybe it's because it's made with Gohyakumangoku, or maybe it's because it's a hiyaoroshi, but for a Hououmita it has a refreshing taste. The construction is solid, so it's delicious!
Suzuki Sake Brewery came back to Namie town after 10 years, though only partially. This sake from Sota no Hump Kai uses Koshihikari from Namie town for sake rice. It has a refreshing taste to match the season. We want to support them all the way!
We bought it at a liquor shop Nakajimaya in Matsumoto city when we went to Kamikochi. It's a summer sake, and as the back label says, it's refreshing and smooth.
