Sota's Hump Society's original sake made with Yamada Nishiki from Aizu. It's exquisitely balanced! With a sake strength of -3 and an alcohol content of 15%, it is an easy-to-drink sake for women.
Sota's Hump meeting original.
Hirotogawa, which is perhaps my favorite these days. This sake also has a wonderful finish. Not too aromatic, not too sweet, beautiful taste. It's great!
Hekihan, a limited edition of Hououmita, purchased at Yodogawa Sake Shop in Utsunomiya.
