On this day, we opened two bottles at the same time.
The first one is the Hououmita Junmai Ginjo that I bought at Yajima Shuten. Maybe it's because it's made with Gohyakumangoku, or maybe it's because it's a hiyaoroshi, but for a Hououmita it has a refreshing taste. The construction is solid, so it's delicious!
