I've been slacking a bit, so I've put them all together.
First up is a sake from a small brewery in the town of Ogo, Ibaraki Prefecture.
The brewer told me that there are no big breweries in Ibaraki Prefecture, but there are many small ones. The brewer told me that there are many small sake breweries in Ibaraki.
It was a solid sake.
