I started with Kawanakajima Genmai's limited edition sake!
It has a very smooth taste!
We had Hatsuzakura's Aki-agari as heated sake!
The aroma is just right and the taste is elegant!
We enjoyed it with a bowl of Japanese Spanish mackerel with grated radish ✨.
We also had the hi-ire sake together to compare with the nama-shu, and we could certainly taste the difference in the subdued flavor. The taste was very different, but it was still delicious.

I think it's super tasty and not too sweet.
I also feel it tastes even better the second day.
Hakkaiyama Namaishu, opened at home for drinking
Deeply flavored with traditional sake,
Slightly mellow on the tongue.
High alcohol content and a strong taste. 😵💫
