Quintessential Aka Echigo, the guts of the original sake, the gorgeousness and juiciness of the air, the sweetness of the rice, and the depth of flavor can be felt. It finishes with a moderate astringent aftertaste. Aka Echigo is great this season. Delicious, highly recommended.

This is this month's quantity sake at the brewery. The freshness of Miyamanishiki and the gusto of nama sake combine perfectly. It has just the right amount of astringency and is delicious without being lingering, highly recommended.

A new member of the Nyan Cup family. Naturally a junmai ginjo sake. It has a melon-like taste when you drink it with air. Despite the time and effort required, the price is in the 400 yen range, with no regard for profitability! Recommended.
