I didn't notice it the first day, but it was a burr. On the first day, I thought it had guts, but also had flavor, and on the second day, I realized it was orikara. The second day, I realized that it was a bit of orikagara. It had a rounded taste, and even though it is a summer sake, it is very tasty and robust. Highly recommended.
