Although it is a hi-iru Junmai spec, it has a slight gaseous feeling and no cloying taste. The umami of the rice can also be felt later on, making it very tasty. The sweetness is exquisite on its own, of course, but does not interfere with meals. We were able to visit the brewery and had a very satisfying Bon vacation!

Compared to the same special junmai/Yamada-Nishiki It is a little lighter or less spicy than the same special junmai/Yamadanishiki, and I think I prefer the balance of this one. It was too hot to be in the mood to drink sake, and it took me a long time to finish it after opening the bottle, but the fact that it tastes good all the time is also a high point.
