While it has the sweetness and deliciousness typical of Genmai, it is not as sweet as the same special junmai/ Yamadanishiki.
Compared to the same special junmai/Yamada-Nishiki
It is a little lighter or less spicy than the same special junmai/Yamadanishiki, and I think I prefer the balance of this one.
It was too hot to be in the mood to drink sake, and it took me a long time to finish it after opening the bottle, but the fact that it tastes good all the time is also a high point.
