Fruity sweetness, but moderate.
Like the special junmai (green one) I had before.
Nabeshima is smooth (not in a minty way).
I think Nabeshima is clean and clear. My vocabulary is ruined.
The bitterness and pungency afterwards are also pleasant. You can drink it with a clear head.
