こんばんは。横浜の港北区に住んでいます。地酒は以前は東急で買ってたのですが、最近は元住吉に良い酒屋を見つけて、日本酒はもっぱらそこで買っています。

Today is the last day of work and I am having dinner at home. Kamaboko (fish paste), fried small horse mackerel, and kombujime (sea bream). The rest is stir-fried pork, suki kelp, and carrots, which he tried to make like Okinawan kubu ili chi. I wonder how much more will be available by the end of tonight?

Today is Sunday, and I am taking a breather after successfully completing a certain task. The tension that had been building up until then has suddenly loosened up, and I decided to have a drink while the sun was still high in the sky. My family was out playing and no one was around, I thought about cooking something by myself, but in the end, I decided not to, I fished out some leftovers from the fridge and ended up with only purple cabbage with dressing, as you can see in the picture. Well, I'm just in the mood. Hiran is a very unique sake and easy to drink. I would like to visit Hirado someday.

No cloying taste. The drinkability is moderate and not heavy. It is not a sweet sake, although it has a considerable sugar content. The aftertaste is moderately clean. I think it is an easy-to-understand goodness that anyone can say is delicious, regardless of the drinker. The price is modest and very helpful. Thank you to the clerk at Hiyoshi Tokyu for recommending the tasting!

I tasted some of the sake in the basement of the department store at Yokohama Station, and although the ginjo sake was quite good, I bought this special junmai for this evening's dinner sake. When I opened it a few minutes ago, it was so delicious and easy to drink that almost half of it was gone before dinner was served. It was so delicious and easy to drink that almost half of it was gone before dinner was served. Aomori sake is pretty badass. I would like to try a ginjo sake next time.

The balance is very good. It has a sharpness in the throat. It is delicious. Unfiltered raw edge sake, with the word "edge" written on it. The contrast between the bright orange label and the foil-stamped style silver lettering is beautiful. I never get tired of looking at it. I want to keep drinking it forever.

Tomorrow, snow is forecasted to possibly accumulate in Tokyo. Therefore, I have opened the bottle one day earlier than I had planned to open it on the weekend. I left a little bit of the side dish for dinner and started drinking it on my own, much to the dismay of my family, but I don't mind. Since I started drinking sake, I have become interested in sake, which I had never drunk before. I am glad I bought this "Yukino Kayasha" as well. It is as delicious as its reputation.

Nama sake, fresh, fruity, and very drinkable. Perhaps it is because I have been following only daiginjo-shu for the past few years, but the feeling of a cold sake that goes down my throat and settles in my stomach, this kind of straightforward drinking experience, is something fresh that I have not had in a long time. I enjoy a bottle of this alone after dinner on Sundays. It's so good...so good.

The bottle design is bright and appropriate for the New Year, with a subtle effervescence and a fine taste when it smoothly enters the mouth. I'm very much looking forward to the various bimonthly releases of Hiran this year.

Hiran, it was a wonderful sake. There were several varieties. I thought the one I drank in the spring was I thought the one I drank in the spring was more impressive. Of course, the level of this one is also high. The difference is subtle, so I think there are different tastes.

The year is drawing to a close and it is finally New Year's Eve. I started posting sake photos on Sakenowa at the beginning of the year, but I had been drinking a lot since the summer. I have been drinking a lot of sake since the summer, but I took some pictures and left them as they were. I'm very sorry, but I'd like to post them all at once. Please feel free to go through them. My family is a bit disappointed, but I'm going to keep the sake that I drank this year.

It is a local sake from Kanagawa Prefecture. Sake-like taste. It flows smoothly down the throat. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. It has a very subtle woody aroma, as if you are drinking it in a square even though you are drinking it in a glass. It has a very faint scent of wood. It's nice.
