Today was a direct hit by the typhoon and we could not go out anywhere. I am glad I bought this Ishikawa gate yesterday. It is soft fresh, slightly effervescent, and pleasantly gentle to drink, as if to relieve fatigue. Yoshida Kurau has a lot of different kinds of sake, which is fun.

It is delicious. It is very different from the type I usually drink. I guess you could call it sharpness. I am not an expert on sake. I am not an expert on sake. I don't know much about sake, so I can't describe it well. I'm not an expert on sake, but if I can find such a great quality sake at such a low price, I'm thinking of giving up wine and just drinking sake. The label design is also cool.

A well-made sake like this is the best way to blow away this year's extremely hot summer. The label design is cool and refreshingly summery. I was expecting a lighter flavor, but I was wrong. When well chilled, it is refreshing to drink, but with each sip, its full-bodied thickness and lingering sweetness and umami spread out, and the pleasant intoxication goes around, making it a new world of sake for summer. We had a snack of sea bream sashimi, chilled tofu with chives and soy sauce, and a melon together, and it went well with all of them. In short, it was delicious. w It exceeded my expectations several times over and was the best tasting sake of the summer with a great balance of deliciousness. I will definitely buy this again if it is still available at liquor stores.

I have been a fan of Yoshida Kura for a long time. It is just as it says on the back label: clear, mineral, and slightly effervescent. It is really delicious. The u series is another dimension of deliciousness. The only problem is that I have no idea what kind of snacks to pair with this delicate sake. Tonight I am drinking it with boiled edamame, left over after dinner.

I found it to be a refined and gentle sake, more refreshing than I had expected. Perhaps because my wife's family is from the Kansai region, the soup stock and seasoning of her cooking is basically light, so this sake seems to go very well with it. Today's dishes were both Western and Japanese, and it went well with both. It was too good to be served with a mealtime drink, and I finished it in no time at all.
