I had previously tried Morishima Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake😋 and liked it so much that I went looking for a place that carried it for the first time. I watched a video on YouTube explaining how to open a Daishinshu sparkling. It said that if you open it normally, it will blow out 1/3 of the bottle and lose it😄.
