Memorandum This is a record of the sake I received on my way out of town. Very easy to drink and delicious 🍶. The label is cute (to show my daughter) I thought about buying it as a souvenir (to show my daughter) but... Memorandum This is a record of drinking on the road... ♪ Very easy to drink, Delicious sake 🍶. It has the same alcohol content as Jozora. I was able to drink this one more than the other one. I happened to visit the store and saw that they were taking reservations, I made a reservation without thinking, I was lucky to be able to purchase it 😄. I think I was lucky to be able to buy it 😄. It must be delicious 😁. The inside of the glass has a gorgeous sweet aroma like banana🍌 or melon🍈 😆. In the mouth, a shower of stimulation 😆. After the stimulation and fizziness, it has a mild sweetness, a full flavor, acidity, and a complex aftertaste with bitterness from the light nigori (a slight bitterness). I got a corona early in the year 🥲. Here is the sake that I couldn't drink at the beginning of the year 🍶. Finally opened the bottle 😆. The aroma is not strong, just a hint of sweetness. Memorandum: Heated Sake At "Aozora Stand" in Namba Tasted Tazake Special Junmai Sake. I've been interested in heating sake recently, I had a chance to try it! The sake in the glass was clear and refreshing. (the color in the 4th photo on the right) Good aroma and taste 😆. Memorandum: Heated Sake At "Aozora Stand" in Namba Tasted Benten Musume Junmai Strong. I'm interested in heated sake recently, We tasted it! The sake in the glass had a slight color. (color on the left of the 4th photo). In the mouth, it was like the flavor itself, as if it had been smoked with the smoke of a smoker. The rich and tasty liquid flows into the mouth 😆. The spiciness from the latter half of the bottle is a little stronger than the latter half of the bottle. I remember that some of the regular customers at the standing bar said "Kikumasamune" was the best for heated sake. I remember one of the regular customers at a standing bar said that he was a fan of Kikumasamune for heated sake 😄. When I put it in my mouth with high expectations I felt the sweetness of the rice as if it was softly swelling up. The sweetness of the rice is slightly felt. The balance between the umami and the exquisite sourness that follows. and the exquisite balance of sourness that follows. This is delicious 😋♪ It soaks into your cold body after working in the water 😆. At Ekimarche Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop I was wondering if heated sake 🍶 tastes good when the cold weather comes lately 😄. I prepared KOIZUMI's tools to heat up the sake....
