At a standing bar at Yamacho Sake Shop, which I have been curious about for a long time.
I had bought a bottle of Daishinshu Teuchi, which was very tasty, and I hadn't had it for a long time.
I hadn't had it in a while 😆 It's still delicious 😋.
Next, I chose this sake from the current sake recommendations.
This is Kyu-Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai Sake, directly pumped.
This one was so good that we bought it immediately 😁.
(It's nice to try and drink a brand you don't know 😊)
The cheese on top of the iburigakko was delicious!
There was a slight aroma of cooked rice in the glass.
The sweetness starts in the mouth, and then a veil of spiciness spreads through the whole thing as you finish it off.

Well, I bought a bottle of Uraharushika special brew junmai ginjo nama sake 😋.
It has a slight sweetness in the mouth, similar to that of ramune,
The sweet juice 🍹 has a slightly sweet taste, similar to ramune, with a nice spiciness on the way 🍹 and a slight carbonation on the tip of the tongue 😆.
It's really delicious 😋😋.

The owner told me that it is a rare sake only available this time of the year.
So this time I got a bottle.
I can't resist the temptation 😅.
Inside the glass, there was a white snowy ☃️ like ori, fragrant and refreshing on the palate.
It's a refreshing soup like the one I felt at the time of Teuchi, and this one is slightly fruity with a slight cooked rice feeling. A soft sourness appears in the middle and fades out. Overall, it is a soft drink, easy to drink and delicious 😋.

I opened the bottle I bought at the Harushika Kaku-uchi (corner hitting) event at Asano Sake Shop the other day 😄.
I opened this one after drinking all the Oshinshu.
In the glass, there was a faint aroma of cooked rice...just a nice aroma 😅.
As expected of a super dry sake, the initial spiciness is more than other sake,
I knew it, but.... I knew that... 😝.
I knew it, but... 😝 It was right after Oshinshu, so I felt it even more than when I tasted it.
I like sweeter sake, but I find myself drinking super spicy sake 🫠.
It's strange 😄♪ Then, after the super spicy taste in the mouth
After the mountain of super spiciness passes, the spiciness of the base makes my tongue a little tingly, and on top of the base is a refreshing umami juice 🍹.
When you finish it, you will feel a blissful aftertaste from your nostrils,
The drink is then quickly drained away from the nostrils.
When consumed in one gulp, it is like a whisky 🥃.

One day, while strolling around Osaka Station, I noticed a sake specialty store in front of me. Apparently, it was a special distributor of Daishinshu sake.
Since I was in the mood, I decided to taste and purchase some 😄.
The glass was filled with a gorgeous Daiginjo aroma, and when you took a sip, a refreshing sweet soup flowed into your mouth as if you were biting into a green apple or a La France fruit. In the second half, a beautiful soft pungent taste appears, fades out and disappears.... This is so delicious 😊.
I think they also have an izakaya here, so maybe I'll take a peek 😁.

This is the ambitious work of the toji who took over three years ago. It is made from Omachi rice from Okayama.
Since we tasted it after the Ura-Harushika Special Junmai Ginjo, we felt a strong acidity.

Junmai Daiginjo Shira Sakura Katano Sakura and Junmai Ginjo Katano Sakura.
These two were especially delicious sake 😋.
Due to stocking reasons, we were unable to purchase them,
I couldn't buy them due to stock, but I found the Junmai Ginjo at the Daimaru Umeda store and decided to buy it 😄.
It was my first time to visit this store, but it was nice to be able to sample some of the brands 😄.
