(Koshi x Fudo) tasting showdown at Yamacho Sake Shop. One of the purchases at the This is the last one 😃. Kouko is easy to drink and reasonably priced. and reasonably priced too 😄. Especially this sake 🍶 among the ones I tasted this time, （This one in particular 🍶 was the best (and most reasonably priced) of all the sakes I tasted this time. (If you don't mind the price, I also recommend the Fudo Rainbow Label Yamadanishiki 35% Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Genjyo.) Mild ginjo aroma and sweet fruitiness. In the mouth, it is deliciously sweet, with little cloying taste. The taste is very good, with a nice sharpness. Kouji is also easy to drink and delicious 😆. This is the best 😆 😆! (Koshi x Fudo) tasting showdown at Yamacho Sake Shop. This is one of the sake breweries I purchased at the Koshi & Fudo tasting held at the Yamacho Sake Shop. It's hard to say which one is better than the other, I liked the carbonated one better 😃. I heard it's more erotic than last time 😁. It has a warning ⚠️👀 to be careful when opening the bottle, So chill it well and open it carefully 😄. The bottle is in the same position as it was when I opened it. Inside the bottle, the sudden change in air pressure made the cage at the bottom of the bottle dance and dance 😁. The orioles at the bottom of the bottle are dancing around 😁. Once settled, into the glass. The aroma is slightly gorgeous. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the carbonation. First sweetness, then strong acidity and moderate astringency. Very tasty with strong carbonation and acidity 😋. The aftertaste is like a beer. I can feel the astringent taste lingering in the aftertaste. I don't dislike it 😋. It's easy to drink, so you can enjoy it easily. But you need to be careful because it has 16% alcohol by volume 😁. It's so good, I think I'll open it soon! Thank you for the drink 😋😋.

In the past, I've enjoyed it when I was on the road 😄. Last August, I headed to Hanshin Department Store (for Hanamup) but couldn't buy it 🥲. I haven't had a chance to visit there for a while, I had not had a chance to visit there for a while, but now that I have set up my cellar.... And so, I went to the Hanshin Department Store. I decided to get the Hanamup that I had longed for 😁. Luckily, I got two kinds of Hanamup 😄. I heard from an acquaintance that the first one had a good reputation. I decided to have this one first 😊. The inside of the glass was slightly gorgeous and had a fruity aroma. Fruity aroma. It has a sweet and mellow flavor and a surprisingly strong acidity. surprisingly firm acidity. As the temperature approaches 2℃ to room temperature, the sweetness is more pronounced and the acidity becomes more subdued, The acidity is elegant and beautiful and easy to drink, The acidity is very effective, so the sweetness is very strong. We previously received Naruto sea bream "Daiginjyo Jyudai" and "Kanon". They were so delicious, I immediately headed to the Hanshin Department Store to buy a repeat 😄. I heard that both were brought in at an event. The "Kanon" is usually only available locally 😟. Since I was there, I bought this sake 🍶. The taste was exactly as described on the label, so I'll skip that this time 😄. It's still delicious 😋 Great with white meat sashimi 😆. Thank you for the treat 😋😋.

I happened to visit the store and saw that they were taking reservations, I made a reservation without thinking, I was lucky to be able to purchase it 😄. I think I was lucky to be able to buy it 😄. It must be delicious 😁. The inside of the glass has a gorgeous sweet aroma like banana🍌 or melon🍈 😆. In the mouth, a shower of stimulation 😆. After the stimulation and fizziness, it has a mild sweetness, a full flavor, acidity, and a complex aftertaste with bitterness from the light nigori (a slight bitterness). Harmonious aftertaste of sweetness and bitterness 😋 Surprise! The impact right after opening the bottle was amazing and surprising, but a very greedy and delicious sake 🍶. This is so delicious 😊. I got a corona early in the year 🥲. Here is the sake that I couldn't drink at the beginning of the year 🍶. Finally opened the bottle 😆. The aroma is not strong, just a hint of sweetness. After the event, I had a chance to meet with one of the regular customers at the next bar. We showed each other our new sake, We had a great time 😄. The taste changes from astringent to sour (It is not a little bit of carbonation in the mouth.) The taste is changing from astringent sour to sour. The sake in the glass was clear and refreshing. (the color in the 4th photo on the right) Good aroma and taste 😆. (color on the left of the 4th photo). In the mouth, it was like the flavor itself, as if it had been smoked with the smoke of a smoker. The rich and tasty liquid flows into the mouth 😆.
