Here's a record from a little while ago. When I was in Mihara. I was in one of the drinking sets. I drank it while saying it was delicious and tasty. I don't remember what it tasted like... Mihara is a station where The Shinkansen stops here. The station is on top of a former castle. and the stone wall still remains. It is not so much that there is a castle near the station the station is inside the castle. A little to the east of the station there is a warehouse. but we couldn't go there this time.

I've been sipping on a variety of sakes. Some of them I haven't been able to record yet. But I finished them today. Here is the record Shochiku-bai Shuzo from Nishinomiya Nada-no-Harazake Nadaichi Josen Harazake The green bottle and and the green label (picture: Ryohei Koiso) and the green label (picture: Ryohei Koiso) is refreshing. Anyway Gatzun~! Do not drink too much! The alcohol content is between 19 and 20 degrees Celsius. When I went to Nishinomiya last fall I bought a bottle at the brewery when I was in Nishinomiya last fall. I didn't feel like drinking it quickly. I was drinking it in small sips, depending on my mood I was drinking it in small sips, depending on my mood. Today, the bottle is finally empty. It is important to have a refreshing drink while eating, but but it is also important to drink a little when you are in the mood for a stronger alcoholic beverage. It is also important to drink a little alcohol when you are in the mood for a stronger drink. Hot days, cold days A happy day or a difficult day There are many days. It's important to drink a little alcohol depending on the mood of the day. I'm going to look for a permanent sake again!

Speaking of Takehara Takehara is the hometown of Nikka's Mr. Takekaku's family. Many of you may remember the Takekizuru Brewery. In the morning drama series Miyuki Nakajima's song also left an impression In Takehara There is a bronze statue of Mr. and Mrs. Taketsuru and a commemorative photo was taken in front of it. However The brewery was closed for the day closed for the day. We went to a nearby liquor store to purchase sake. Now, this "Hiden" Brewed in 2017 Bottled in 2022 Solid gold color. It has a strong flavor. However, there are few strange habits. Especially when heated up. It is a very good sake. It's good. Next time I'd like to find something fresh. Junmai Seishu Hiden Hiden" was launched in 1970 to introduce the appeal of junmai sake, sake made only with rice, at a time when it was common to add brewing alcohol to sake. Since then, it has been well received, and in 2016, for the first time since the end of World War II, all of our products in Hiroshima Prefecture are junmai sake. The golden color of the sake is proof of the rich flavor unique to junmai sake. The aging process gives it even more depth. Please enjoy it as a mealtime sake by heating it up to bring out its best characteristics. It will enhance your food even more.

Forgot to record... It's been a long time since I've been to Shiga Prefecture. This is a brewery in Koga. The address is Mizuguchi-cho. It is a perfect place name for sake making. I didn't know much about the rice called "Ginbukiyo. It seems to leave a crisp and spicy taste Just as I was steaming oysters on the half shell Steamed oysters with shells I had it with The sweetness of the oyster The sweetness of the oyster and the sake It was a happy combination. It's been a while since I've been to Shigaraki I was thinking... Gulp! From the label: "The latest weapon, a plate heater, has been introduced to achieve a stable sake quality and a crisp, dry taste while preserving the freshness of the raw sake. Namazume is the soul in motion. The curtain now opens on a space renaissance.

The other day I took a day trip to Mihara and Takehara. It was my first Shinkansen trip in a long time (excluding business trips), and I was thrilled. Mihara - Takehara is a fascinating place to visit. Mihara and Takehara are fascinating places for sake. and the ruins of castles and townscapes in each area are fascinating. It would be too much to visit in one day. Still, I'm glad I went! I'm glad I went! Well, I bought a few bottles of sake. First of all, this sake Fujii Sake Brewery in Takehara Emperor of the Night I like the name. It goes down smoothly on the palate but the taste remains. The old town of Takehara The old townscape of Takehara, which flourished in the salt fields, still remains. It is said to be the setting of the anime "Tamayura", but I...am not familiar with it, and as for me I got excited at the location of the movie "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" (by Tomoyo Harada) (laugh). But I digress... I'll tell you about it next time. According to their website, "Yoru no Teio" is a restaurant that serves "all kinds of dishes that can be easily adjusted to suit any taste. It is a versatile sake that can be easily matched with any dishes. It is a mild, mild sake with a pleasant taste, mainly using Hachitan-Nishiki rice, which is the best rice for sake brewing in Hiroshima Prefecture, and taking advantage of the characteristics of soft-water brewing. The alcohol content is kept low while retaining a strong koji and rice flavor.

The label makes me wonder. By Ehime Osaka Office Selected only by the label It goes well with refreshing dishes. Little by little, every day Eiko Sake Brewery is located A little east from Dogo Onsen It seems to be located a little east from Dogo Onsen to Oku-Dogo Onsen. I have been to Dogo Onsen but I have never been to Oku-Dogo-Onsen. but I have never been to Oku-Dogo. I've heard that the Dogo Onsen Honkan under renovation. I would like to visit there again when the renovation is finished. It is an extremely dry junmai sake carefully brewed with 100% Ehime rice "Matsuyama Mitsui". It is characterized by a strong aroma and flavor of rice, and a clean taste with a good aftertaste and sharpness.

This is the sake we received at New Year's. Tomikunishiki Sake Brewery in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture In the Kansai news I sometimes see them on the news in Kansai. Recently I've been drinking a lot of gutsy sake recently, so I took a sip and thought, "Oh, it feels so refreshing. I thought. Kasai City is truly the country of Harima. It is an area I am not very familiar with, though The three-story pagoda of Ichijoji Temple, a national treasure In terms of railroads, Hojo Electric Railway The streetscape is Hojojuku The ruins of Uzura Airfield and a life-size model of the Murasaki-kai (Purple Denki Kai)... The scenery is full of reservoirs... In history, the area is known for the Akamatsu clan of the Warring States period, and in the first half of the historical drama "Kanpei Kuroda". It is a fascinating place. In the tourist information of Kasai City, there was an introduction: Hojo Electric Railway and Japanese sake. That is this Tomikunishiki. I'm in my fantasy to go there (laughs). It takes about 1.5 hours from Sannomiya to Hojo. It is a candidate for a 1-day trip. Ginjo-shu that reflects the four seasons of the Banshu Plain A clear taste and gentle aroma. It evokes the scenery of the Banshu Plain. It is a junmai ginjo-shu with a deep flavor. (From the website) By the way There is also Kato-shi in Hyogo Prefecture. Kato City is also located in Hyogo Prefecture, west and east across the Kako River. This time, it is Kasai City. Please make no mistake (laugh). Gubi!

We received a rare sake at the end of the year. Shukugawa Mai-Zakura" by Osawa Honke Sake Brewery. It is a junmai sake that has the unique smoothness of junmai, the richness of the sake, and the sweetness of the rice in a dry, refreshing taste. It is a little high in alcohol content, so it is very refreshing. This sake is a brand that I have no recollection of, even though I had been to the Osawa Honke Brewery, and I have never seen it in a department store. Shukugawa" in the name of this brand is famous for its cherry blossoms in Nishinomiya. I also enjoy it every year. I had assumed that the name came from the fact that it is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, but as I was sipping the sake, I realized that it was named after a cherry blossom viewing spot in Nishinomiya. I found out that there is a variety of cherry blossom called "Shukugawa Mai-zakura". It was discovered in Nishinomiya in 1999 and given this name. I had no idea. I hope to enjoy "Shukugawa Mai-Zakura" flowers and sake together during the cherry blossom season this year! With this thought in mind, I sipped the sake!

Purchased at Tokyo Station. The brewery is Shinzawa Brewery in Osaki, Miyagi Prefecture. I bought it and had it at home. and enjoyed it at home. I found it easy to drink with a moderate aroma. I found it easy to drink. I must have never been to Osaki and I was about to start another delusional trip. I tried to learn the origin of the name "Soraki," etc. I took a closer look at the sake's label. Soraki" is the birth flower of Tokyo Skytree Town on its opening day, May 22. The label explains that "Soraki" is the birth flower of Tokyo Skytree Town on May 22. I realized now that this is so. Utsugi means Tokyo Skytree, and this sake was made with that image in mind. and this sake was made with that image in mind. If that is the case Was it inevitable that I bought it in Tokyo? It's just that I noticed that in the middle of drinking Miyagi Prefecture and Tokyo Sky Tree in my head I got them all mixed up (laughs). In addition to that And then there's the "birth flower" stuff. I felt that this amount was not enough! I felt like this was not enough! I bought this book about 30 years ago. I bought it about 30 years ago. I'm not going to open it today. I drank it all up, thinking of the view of the Sky Tree standing tall. The label is also beautiful with flowers The label is also beautiful with flowers representing the Sky Tree. If you buy it in a rush I found something new...

Purchased on a business trip to Tokyo. On the Shinkansen, I was not sure which one to drink with "Shiragiku", but I had this one at home. It is a Kochi sake. I had a chance to visit Kochi Prefecture several times because my relative was hospitalized there for a while, but I didn't spend much time there and didn't enjoy sake much. Still, when I hear the word "Kochi," I sometimes think back to that time and feel a little sad. That was more than a decade ago, and the sake was enjoyable and tasty. It is easy to drink. This just so happens to be the case. A whale entered the mouth of the Yodo River in Osaka. I was hoping that it would come in drunk and when it sobered up, go back out to the open sea, but that doesn't seem to be the case. By chance, I became a drinker of many thoughts. The rice used for this sake is "Ginpu". The rice was polished to 50% and brewed slowly at a low temperature with well-crafted koji. (Abbreviation) We combined the umami of the ingredients with the unique acidity of drunken whales to create a sake that has a wide range of flavors yet is crisp and clean. The "five tastes" including sourness and bitterness are fully extracted to broaden the range of flavors. The aroma is kept to a minimum to bring out the best in the food served with it. (HP)"

2023 Work environment changed From the 5th, I was on a business trip to Tokyo for the first time in 4-5 years. I feel that I will be making more business trips to Tokyo from now on. So, I had a drink on the Shinkansen on the way back to Tokyo. Here is my dinner on the shinkansen on the way home. I bought a reasonable sized bottle at a liquor shop in the basement of Tokyo Station. I bought a reasonable sized bottle of sake and had it with my bento. I am glad that this store offers a small plastic cup with a small sake cup. I remember having this "Shirakiku SILVER SHIRAKIKU Ginjo" before on my way home from a business trip. I guess the classic label caught my attention. It is a little spicy and goes well with a slightly cold, strong-flavored bento. Unlike traveling on a business trip, I don't feel as unleashed, but at least on the bullet train on the way back home, I can enjoy the taste of the classic label. At least I'm done for the day! and I can relax for a while. After lunch, you can rest until the station where you get off the train. What kind of year will this be? I have a lot of worries about my health and work environment, but I'm sure it's going to be a great year. I will just keep smiling and enjoying myself. I will enjoy myself in various ways.

The last day of the three days of the month I finished up this sake that I had been chipping away at as a regular drink since the end of last year. At the end of the year, I was a reactionary buyer of new and fresh sake in Nara, or this slow-made sake, brewed in 2020 and manufactured in 2022, was always on hand. It was a slow brewed sake with a lot of depth. We enjoyed it at room temperature and lukewarm. The brewer, Morikawa Shuzo, is located in Kure. I am hoping to visit the Yamato Museum soon, which I did not have the chance to do when I visited Kure in the past. Such is the case with Kure's sake, Hakko. I remember drinking it with a glass of wine at a small Italian restaurant in Osaka that had a few seats at the counter. I have very happy memories of eating very reasonably priced food and talking with the young and friendly master while drinking "Hakko". After Corona, the master became ill and now that the menu has changed a bit, we can no longer have dinner time while drinking Hakuhong. However, he continues to operate the restaurant, so I believe that one day Hakuhong will make a comeback. At the restaurant, I believe it was Junmai Daiginjo or Ginjo, so I thought that would be at the restaurant, and at home, Junmai! With that in mind...

Sorry for the mere record. It is a dry record of Haneda. If anything. My family seems to go for junmai ginjo. I will have more dry sake. We had two cups side by side, drinking two different sakes, and chewing on the luxury of time passing by in casual conversation. Just having it on the shelf I felt so happy just to have it on the shelf. Recently, I have been Nara, and the foothills of the Katsuragi Mountains. As it happens... This is the second bottle I purchased from Chiyo Shuzo. It was fresh, refreshing, and easy to drink, so I put it back in the refrigerator once so as not to drink it all up. As the days went by, it became mellower, more aromatic, and pleasantly enjoyable. I know it sounds like a waste of money, but I ended up heating it up to lukewarm. I wanted to enjoy it a little more and was thinking of leaving some for later, but I drank it all in one go, lukewarm. I felt the sweetness increased when it was lukewarm, which warmed my cold body and made it hard to stop drinking. Around the area where Chiyo Brewery is located, there is the Kamoyamaguchi Shrine, where the Kamo (Kamo) clan lived, and historical fantasies abound. It is said that the Nara Basin used to be a lake, and I wondered if the surface of the water came as far as this area. I wondered if the surface of the water came as far as this area. In addition to "Shinoho," Chiyo Shuzo also has a brand called "Kujira. Although we did not purchase it this time, it has been the name of a place since ancient times, and the prefecture of Kushira was also created after the abolition of the han system. The etymological origin of the word seems to be varied. Kushira (steep slope), Kushihira (spirit), whale.... Whichever one you choose, you can have a dreamy trip through ancient history. I enjoyed a glass of Shinomine, remembering the area around the brewery of the Chiyo Sake Brewery.
