Retro label series that you won't find anywhere else but Hasegawa Sake Shop. At least, not in my hometown. It was my first time to drink this brand, but it was a delicious sake with a strong and rich flavor. It was just the right amount to finish while traveling on the bullet train.

Today, we visited Sake Rakusan in Takadanobaba for Poshake.
First up was Zoka-no-Sato Junmai-Shu from Wakayama Prefecture. This sake has a sweet taste with a good aroma. At the same time, the richness and twanginess typical of rice and koji come up from the back. It is a good sake, but I have a feeling that it is not for everyone.
