I had a gout attack and took a break from drinking for about a month😅.
It's been a while since I've had a good drink.
I must try not to drink too much...
Shinjo" from Murai Brewery Co. in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.
I couldn't find the brewery in my search, but I was curious about this sake when I saw it on the Internet. It was on sale, so I bought it.
Delicious!
It was cold, so I bought some heated sake.
It certainly tastes better when it's warmed, with a mellower flavor and taste.
I drink it slower than cold sake, and I only need a small amount, so I think warmed sake is better for me, both economically and health-wise (laughs).
The alcohol content is more than 18 degrees but less than 19 degrees, so if you're not careful and drink too much, you might get into trouble.
It's got a strong sake feel to it.
It was delicious!
