Can't lay it down because there's a hole in the stopper! And yet, it needs refrigeration! The yeast fungus is still alive and fermentation is still going on, so it's definitely tingly. It's easy to drink, and you can't help but drink too much of this awful sake! It's like sherbet! It has many surprises, but it's good!

Raifuku Fukumaru after a long absence I knew it was a good sake for the price! I tried it hot, and it's pretty good too! It has a good balance of sweetness and sake-ness.

100% Dewa Brilliant produced in Yamagata Prefecture. I felt the acidity was strong. I tried drinking it warmed up, but I think I prefer it cold. We enjoyed it very much!

I drank it to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. But it was only me, my brother-in-law and my nephew who drank it, not my mother😅. It was delicious! I'm sure you'll love it! It's a shame it's not sold in the local liquor stores!

Sake made from edible rice, Fukumaru. It has a sweet taste, but you can feel the rice strongly at the end. Hmm, considering the price, I don't think I can repeat it! Oh, it was the last bottle, so I guess I can't repeat it either!

I decided to buy a brewed sake once in a while and decided to try this one on the owner's recommendation. It's not as fragrant or fruity, but it's a lot easier to drink than I thought it would be! Considering the price, it's a good sake for a daily evening drink!

It seems to be the first sake made this year. It's a sake blended with Daiginjo, so it's a great value. It's called a bouquet, and it's gorgeous--very tasty!
