I went to Tomita Sake Brewery in Shiga during GW and bought it! I was exhausted from the traffic, but I'm glad I went!
It's delicious 😋They use Shiga's sake rice, Tamakae, which gives it a very rich flavor!
I love the fact that all the Shichibonjari are excellent as a food sake and go well with any dish 💕.
