I bought a bottle of my favorite rice wine, the autumn version, on my way back from autumn leaves hunting 🍁 at the foot of Mt Fuji, but I'm waiting until today 😅. I've had it for a few years now, and I've always loved it. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a great way to start a new day. This is the best 😋.

Kazupyon, would you be able to join us at Sakuraya this Saturday the 18th? I'm thinking of having a drink with one of my friends and Kazupin-san.

I would like to go there, but I'm going to Izu overnight on the 18th. I'll be there on the 17th, the day before, so I'll let him know you're coming. Please enjoy sake with your friends. I'm looking forward to seeing you next time.

Well...that's a shame...if it's just the two of us, there's a big chance our drinking buddies won't come...I guess I'll have to go alone...

Mr. Kicchi It's fun to drink alone or talk with the owner at the counter! By the way, the owner is a beautiful woman in her 40s👌.

With all due respect, I had it on the rocks. The strength of the sake feeling is softened, and the depth of the flavor stands out. The more the ice melts, the more the flavors ooze out, and as expected... It goes well with any kind of food.

Hello, Kazupin😃. I didn't know they had Oroku in this shop! I'm going to Shimane this week and if I can't have it, I'll have it here!

Good evening, Mr. Bebe😃. Just like ekiben, while looking at Matsue Castle... by Izumo Taisha Shrine... King Sachi. If you can't find it, it's always waiting for you at Sakuraya. It's nice to be immersed in memories... ♪ Izumo soba is also delicious!

I couldn't find the Wang Luk in the store, but I bought it in Matsue and had it delivered! I'll have it at the end of the year ^_^.

Rich aroma and spreading harmony The perfect accompaniment to any meal👌. The best choice for a wine glass! It's a great sake without the fruitiness that is so popular nowadays.

It is a very clear and fruity sake from Kagoshima Nishi Shuzo, which is famous for its shochu (Japanese distilled spirits). 🥺It is similar to Yokoyama from Kyushu, but it is definitely recommended for women. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

It's been a long time since we've had an omakase 3-kinds drinking contest, look for the guy (Jyushiyo)... We tried, but it was a total loss. As it should be, the Jyusyudai was a rare sake, Hakuun Kurai. I drank it for the first time, and it had a completely different aroma, taste, spread, and fruitiness from the previous fourteen generations... It is difficult to describe, but it was impressive with its lingering spread and lingering fragrance. Thank you for the food.

My favorite garden ugui, a different drinking style than the usual red ugui. The spread in the mouth, fruit? Rice? It's a stable food sake... 😊The sake feeling is not strong, but it's assertive. When I put a strawberry 🍓 in the middle of the drink, the taste changed... the sweetness came first😃.

It is made with white koji and citric acid. The taste is... more crisp than the previous glasses-only, and it's OK even with a wine glass🙆️There is a little sourness, but this is the level of likes and dislikes! It's easier to drink than the previous glasses-only version. I think it's the strongest glasses ever...

It has been a long time since I drank it. I thought it was fruity, but it was clear and gutsy, and I had it in a wine glass. The thirst-quenching and swooshing sensation is as good as it gets 😀.

It's been a long time since I've had an "instrument", and I had an image of it being fruity and sweet, but when I drank it, I felt a moderate sense of sake, a refreshing crispness, and consideration for not leaving a footprint, and it seems to go well with all kinds of snacks. Today, sashimi and fried horse mackerel... maybe the best match👌.

Yamamoto 3 kinds drinking comparison, Corona's stupid! You know which one it is because you've had it a few times...so I was told...I took it off. Other than the Corona, the blue and red were not only fruity, but also had a firm rice-like texture and a refreshing feeling that lingered in the throat. My favorite was the First Kiss on the left.

It was Shiga's Laughing Shiki... A completely different label and concept, Takeshima Jihen served in a wine glass is delicious beyond the label, and shows its greatest quality as a food sake. It is the best in terms of spread, sharpness, and not leaving any sweetness behind.

It is the sake which concentrated "everyone's voice" offered at low price to the restaurant which is working hard in Corona disaster. I've drunk most of Yamamoto's sake, and it's one of the best sake I've ever had 🙆️I think they did their best without considering the profit. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine.

We waited for the state of emergency to be lifted... and here we are, in paradise. We had it with a glass of wine. It was the first time for me to taste Chiba, but what... wine? Is it apple juice? It has a sour taste, but it doesn't have a rice-like flavor, maybe sake? Don't worry, it will assert itself after a while. It was the most impressive 🥺 I've had in a long time!

The only thing I can do now is drink at home, under the emergency declaration, and have fun with this kind of snacks and this kind of sake at home😅. Today, I got some horse sashimi from Yamazaki butcher shop in Gotemba, so I paired it with Nagano's Jukyu. It's a good match for the garlic in the horse sashimi. Sake with acidity and sharpness goes well with horse sashimi, doesn't it?

Excuse me, Kazupin-san. I couldn't help reacting to Yamazaki butcher shop. When I was in Yamanashi, I often went there together with Aihara butcher shop in Sengokuhara. In addition to horse sashimi, they had Kinka Pork. Nagano's Jukyu seems to go well with horse sashimi.

Jurian-san Thank you for your comment. I got it from my boss who is a lowly drinker who went to Gotemba for work, but the horse sashimi here is excellent! I think the 🐖 Kinka Pork goes well with Jukku. Next time, I'll order Kinka Pork Yakiniku.

Shizuoka Prefecture is also mambo-applied, and my usual restaurant is also a teishoku-ya from 5pm to 8pm... but... I enjoyed a luxurious sashimi teishoku while drinking non-alcoholic beers and talking about alcohol after September. I felt sorry for the sake...so I got it in a PET bottle as a souvenir. I sincerely hope it will not be extended until the end of this month. Jyukyu from Nagano has a broad and gorgeous taste with a hint of fruitiness, and it goes well with all kinds of food.

Yamamoto Yamahai from Akita, with all due respect, I drank it on the rocks. It has a faint scent, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the spread and even the sweetness of the rice... I'm not a big fan of the sake feeling, but it was totally OK! Yamamoto is often served in a wine glass, such as Wago, but even when drunk on the rocks, it is still a solid Yamamoto.

It is a Junmai-shu called "Sumiagari" from Ono Shuzo, a sake brewery from before the dawn of time, and it has a fruity mouthfeel and depth. It's really Junmai-shu? Recently, I've been hooked on the goodness of Junmai-shu.

It's been a few days since I opened the bottle of Aomori's rice wine, and I'm enjoying the change in taste. I've been fighting with a chunk of frozen tuna that I received, and I've been playing kitchen drinker with a piece of it. When I first opened the bottle, it was refreshing with a hint of fruitiness and spread in the mouth, but today it is more alkaline and pungent, like a different brand. But today, it seems to be a different brand. I would like to enjoy this wine with various dishes little by little.
