It's been a few days since I opened the bottle of Aomori's rice wine, and I'm enjoying the change in taste. I've been fighting with a chunk of frozen tuna that I received, and I've been playing kitchen drinker with a piece of it.
When I first opened the bottle, it was refreshing with a hint of fruitiness and spread in the mouth, but today it is more alkaline and pungent, like a different brand. But today, it seems to be a different brand.
I would like to enjoy this wine with various dishes little by little.
