Moved to the corner of Matsuzaki in Kawagoe. This is my first time at the fashionable Yellow Cherry Blossom. It is easy to drink and refreshing. It is the opposite of Kappa's sake. The reason why I couldn't feel the Aizan sensation must be because I was drunk.

Tonight, we have a first in the series, this one from the Higashitsuru Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. It seems to be a 🌸🍶 spring sake, but I'll have it in delay mode as usual😅. From the opening of the bottle, it has a gorgeous acidity and a nice greenish pineapple aroma 🍍☺️ The top clear layer is sweet and acidic and juicy, but the second half is characterized by bitterness, making it easy to drink 😋. The sake rice is different, but I think the quality is similar to that of Hana-yosuyu. Saga still has a lot of good sake 🥳.

Summer sake already. I know it's a seasonal bug, but isn't it too early for seasonal products too? It is crisp. It has a nice sharpness. It's like summer sake. Personally, I prefer it a little livelier.

Feeling good about the first shibori, I went back to Dewazuru. And nigori sake👍. It's full of moromi and sweetness, and it's perfect for drinking 💕💕. If you drink enough of it, your cheeks will turn red like the snowman on the label 😊. It is recommended to be served cold, but it is also good lukewarm 🙆♀️. Quite addictive ✨

At home. This is the last in the Shiga Sake series. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness. I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.
