Another bottle was opened at the Kizuna Festival. Golden crystal that saw the light of day at Izakaya Shinkansen. Gold Crystal label expressed with a characteristic figure. It is one of my personal favorite labels. The top-tasting aroma has a very classical sake flavor. The mouthfeel has a light umami from a hint of sweetness. First contact is lighter than expected. The finish is again full of sake-like aftertaste, with a mild acidity and a strong bitterness. I had imagined it to be a more mellow and stand-alone sake, but it is considered to be a high performance food sake. During the festival, I served it with tempura and dried scallops that I bought and brought with me, and it was quite good! Thanks for the food!

Tonight I'm having this one 🍶. I got this on my trip to Fukushima last month! I've been wanting to drink this since I saw it on Izakaya Shinkansen 🍶✨. They are the only sake brewery in Fukushima city😃. Mellow, refreshing, oicy❕. The aroma is slightly fluffy 💠. Slightly crisp but still mild 🌸🍶✨. This is a great one ❕. I'm glad I found you 😆. I also love the fukushima saké💗. It's very tasty.

Today, I'm going to have a pure blue. I mean, I went to Tomikunishiki yesterday to buy the Galaxy label. Unfortunately, it was sold out for mail order😭. Basically, I'm the kind of person who thinks that shipping costs are less than the cost of gasoline, so I thought I'd go and drive an hour or so to get there, but I didn't realize how popular the Galaxy Label was. I had no choice but to buy this Ikarashi Tokubetsu Junmai. It's sweet but delicious ☺️. I think I'll mail order it properly next year. I should have bought either Kamesen's SEL or Gohashi, which I saw at the liquor store on my way home.

I went to buy sake for my annual plum wine yesterday and found this. It's a sake made by reviving the oldest sake rice called Shiratama (test brewed sake). It tastes like Tomikunishiki, full and mellow... very delicious☺️. I love it after all. It's so delicious 😆.

This was one of the bottles I bought at the recent New Sake Festival. I was going to miss it this year, but it was on sale so I bought it. It was cold and had a little bit of cemedine smell in the mouth...and then a spicy taste. It doesn't leave much of a aftertaste either. Delicious.

Smells like lemon. Slightly carbonated, fruity rice flavor, sweet and sour, like drinking from Masu, bitter and sour aftertaste. The lid is orange. Day 2. Relaxed and drinkable without any sugar. Just right sake.

(ますますます +. We had Takasago from Kiyamasa Shuzo 😀. It was completely different from Jikan. I'm not sure if I'd drink it with refrigeration, or if the aroma would be milder. No? I'm not sure if it's too acidic or not when I drink it 🤔. I didn't like it, so I heated it up and it turned into a different kind of sake. I found the heated Takasago to be delicious 😀. The label is austere 😏I got it from the hanpukai and it was a good encounter because this is a brand I don't often buy myself 🍶I would give it to someone if I had a "Shintaro" around me 🙆‍♂️ It tasted and crisp and delicious! Rice used is unknown Since this brewery does not have a sake brewing license, it is said that the brewery goes to Nagano Meisho to make sake. There is a pattern of having sake brewed on consignment, but this method is unusual. I imagined it would be a good old-fashioned sake from the label, but it was light and very easy to drink ❗️. It has just a hint of sweetness and is very refreshing with little alcohol. It was a seriously good sake❣️

Brewed by Wadaryu Shuzo in Ueda, Nagano Wada Ryu Junmai Freshly Pressed Unpasteurized Sake This sake is badass 😂. I heard it was freshly made, Fresh and juicy. Rough and gassy, the gasiness alternately stimulates the upper and lower jaw alternately stimulating the upper and lower jaw ⚡⚡⚡. This is also exciting and awesome 😆. I found a great sake 😆.
