Terroir of Okazaki 🍶 Junmai-shu brewed with "Manzai rice" produced in Okazaki at a milling ratio of 70 I think I could taste some bitterness.... I think I can feel a bit of bitterness... It doesn't lose its edge on the second day either... It doesn't seem to be round. Is it good as a food sake? It's different from the Jungin I drank before... a little disappointing... sorry...
