Yama ni Kumo gaザアアザアア 純米大吟醸
まっちー
Clouds in the sky that I had heard so much about.
Good naming sense, label design and concept all.
The president of the company is a former toji of Kameizumi Shuzo. Although it is still a newly established sake brewery, the sake shop I patronized had an article on their website that was featured in the Kochi Shimbun, and their promotion was unparalleled.
The first bottle was a bottle of Zaa Zaa Zaa that was sold earlier.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and is the type of sake that is fruity and easy to sip on. This is soooo good😍.
100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
