Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

Get it on a trip to Tateshina Dia chrysanthemum. Tateshina. Too austere in many ways. I'll have it chilled. It's not fancy, but... but very tasty.

A gift. It is sweet and soft. I prefer it warmed up. Unlike the easy-drinking sake of recent years, this sake has the image of what grandpa used to drink with his dinner. Classic.

The aroma is sultry and restrained, and the taste is fresh. The light bitterness and mouthfeel make it easy to drink. After swallowing, it leaves a strong umami taste. Good ‼️

Junmai Ginjo. Lots of umami and mushroom on the nose. Soft texture, flavor of light melon, pear, and rather intense pepper on the finish. Alcohol and pepper carry on for a while.

@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

The bottle on the right was opened three days ago. The left is a new bottle. When cold, it is a full-bodied sake with the umami of rice, as if the white rice is being smothered. When warmed up, it became sweeter and softer. It was a relaxing taste.

Shizen Hometown Refreshing Refreshing, refreshing, and delicious. This may be the best sake I have ever tasted. Pleasant sweetness with a rummy feel. There is a slight alkalinity in the latter half, but it disappears nicely in the end. It is not flashy, but it has a moderate sweetness and calmness, and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink. I thought it was a sake I would like to keep on hand.

The last bottle in the store, a four-pack for 1,160 yen, was served at room temperature. It has a subtle aroma of banana, a hint of carbonation, and a slowly subdued sweetness with an excellent sharpness at the end.

I know - dry! But the sake-like quality is... less acidic? This is fine, less is more...! That's a nice change of pace!

These are sold all over Orlando, often the only sake the bar has. Not my favorite, but nice in a pinch! Would be cheaper from a konbini

We went on a bullet trip to a hot spring in Gunma 😆♨️ Before arriving at the ryokan, we went to a local liquor store. I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited, I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster! I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time! I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed. The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too. I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai! And it's still delicious 😭✨ It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed 👍. Not spectacular, but deeply delicious... And it's so cosy! I brought home the rest of the bottle. I'm going to drink it with care 🍶🎶.
