A souvenir bought directly from the sake brewer at Kyoto station. I like it because it is refreshing. It is delicious with miso marinated flounder. The rule of 3 cups of sake is...over.
I thought it was sweet right after opening it, but when I was tasting the pork shabu-shabu with the spicy yuzu kosho, it was just perfect as an accompaniment.
I bought an assortment of pickles and compared it with Urakasumi. I felt it was crisp. In the end, I had the crab roe, which has a stronger aroma of sesame oil, than the pickles.
A Miyagi antenna store opened in Yurakucho's Kotsu Kaikan, so I took a peek and bought a bottle of Urakasumi. It was a refreshing taste. With kamaboko.
Recommended by someone in Kanazawa. It tastes even better because it was given to me by a nice lady. I finished it quickly, but I want to drink it again.
At first I thought it might not be to my taste, but after a few days it became easier to drink. It's a pity that Niigata Johokan doesn't have much 300ml sake in their liquor section.
