Today is my first Hokkaido sake ️. Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery🌸 The aroma is a little muscat? I'm not sure. It's also very tasty. There is also a sour bitterness that comes through in the nose 😋. I had it with octopus wasame kabu and it goes well with it. The sweetness increases👍.

Aizan 100% nigori. It is delicious when you take a sip. It has a nice bubbly taste. And it was only 4-5 days old when it was uncorked. It is a nigori that you can feel the living yeast. I would like to match it with light and light meat and white meat fish. I felt it would go perfectly with cold entrées! Thank you very much.

Get it at a roadside station Last time it was a striped anagara This time it's an Ezo flying squirrel. Aren't they cute? We brought it to the inn and had it with Genghis Khan! It tastes just like Sanzen Sakura! A little bit sweet! We had it on the rocks with ice! It's more like "Ezomonga" than "Shimaenaga"! Isoamyl type aroma (like banana or pear) 5 cheese pizza 🧀 we met for lunch! Sake rice is Nanatsuboshi, and the alcohol is 15 degrees Celsius. It is a well-balanced sake, clean and crisp, but also umami and fruity. It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it is still very good. If you are in Hokkaido, Sanzen Sakura is the best!

Sanzen Sakura is delicious no matter what you drink! but this time it's my first time to drink it straight from the bottle. But this is my first time to drink Naokumi. The unique chiri-chiri-chiri gas feeling It goes down your throat so smoothly and crisply! What? This water is so good! Oh man, I can't stop drinking this 💦.

From our campsite next to the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery, today we went all the way to Asahikawa to visit the breweries 🙌! We decided to try Sanzen Sakura's Aizan tonight, which is a direct-draft sake limited to the brewery's brewery only! We're so comfortable we've decided to stay an extra night 🤣. I love the taste of Aizan, not only gentle, not only mellow, not only sweet 🥰, Aizan was created by you 🥹! And tonight's barbecue menu to go with it is shabu-shabu with ponzu sauce 👍‼️ great, nice combination👍! The party starts before sunset with a snack of Camembert 💖I'm so happy 💖‼️ Impressions of the alcohol by itself is in charge of shinsaku3💕.

We were going to spend 2 nights camping at Kamikawa Daisetsu but it was too comfortable and we ended up staying 4 nights 🩷I'm an early riser and I'm sure I'll be back next year 💪I think I conquered all the sake breweries in the province with direct sales stores last year this year 🥰.

Overall 9 (out of 10) Staying since Saturday 🍶🛌 at the campsite next to the Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery Midorigaoka warehouse 🏕️ I'm totally staying 😅. Today, we visited Otokoyama Corporation, Takasago Sake Brewery, and Sanzen Sakura Brewery 🚗. For lunch, we had ramen🍜 at Hachiya, a popular ⁉️ restaurant in Asahikawa! It was also delicious👍 Today's sake was this one from the Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery 😃. According to the description. According to the description, it has a "gorgeous, yet full rice flavor" 😃. 👍. It's delicious 😋. It's not sweet and tasty but I can't stop drinking it 🧐. Everything is in the best balance except the acidity. ❗️ This is what "Aizan" is all about, Pepho-san's impression! That's exactly how I feel 😋. It's similar to No.62 from yesterday's Kamikawa Taisetsu. Is No.62 more refined⁉️ I had it chilled. Paired impressions by Peckho 😅 Here are my personal impressions😅 Aroma: Aroma of rice 👍.
