From our campsite next to the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery, today we went all the way to Asahikawa to visit the breweries 🙌!
We decided to try Sanzen Sakura's Aizan tonight, which is a direct-draft sake limited to the brewery's brewery only!
We're so comfortable we've decided to stay an extra night 🤣.
I love the taste of Aizan, not only gentle, not only mellow, not only sweet 🥰, Aizan was created by you 🥹!
And tonight's barbecue menu to go with it is shabu-shabu with ponzu sauce 👍‼️ great, nice combination👍!
The party starts before sunset with a snack of Camembert 💖I'm so happy 💖‼️

Kotaro ✨Hello 🩷🥂We didn't expect to be able to enjoy drinking and camping so leisurely either ‼️When we came to Kamikawa Daisetsu last year, we saw this campsite and thought 💪Next year we will be lucky enough to drink the limited Obon sake ‼️🥰.

We were going to spend 2 nights camping at Kamikawa Daisetsu but it was too comfortable and we ended up staying 4 nights 🩷I'm an early riser and I'm sure I'll be back next year 💪I think I conquered all the sake breweries in the province with direct sales stores last year this year 🥰.

Today, we visited Otokoyama Corporation, Takasago Sake Brewery, and Sanzen Sakura Brewery 🚗.
For lunch, we had ramen🍜 at Hachiya, a popular ⁉️ restaurant in Asahikawa!
It was also delicious👍

This is a sake from Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido.
The juicy, passion fruit-like flavor with a hint of sourness spreads powerfully with a slight earthy aroma and the delicious taste of rice.
This sake is made from Kitashizuku.
There was a time when I was addicted to Kamikawa Taisetsu and Tokachi's Kitashizuku, and I remember how Kitashizuku tasted like.
It is not a floral variety, but silky, elegant, noble, and powerful.
The Sanzen Sakura itself has an image of being somewhat sweet, and the label of the sake store where I bought it had a comment that it reminded me of a sweet sake, but the moment I put it in my mouth, I only felt a little sugar, and I thought it was not a sweet sake.
I gave it a rating of 3, but it was delicious.
I would like to try Sanzen Sakura in the future when I find it.

I regretted not buying it at the Kyoto Takashimaya sake festival, but I found it at another liquor store. Now, where did I buy it 🤔?
The first Kutouryu rice sake I had was Sanzen Sakura, so I can't get rid of the image of Kutouryu rice = Sanzen Sakura.
I will have it with cold sake.
When the bottle is opened, there is a long gas sound.
The color is clear and slightly pale yellow.
The nose has a sweet aroma of green apples, melon, and a hint of cotton candy.
The sweet bitterness is impressive, and neither is moderately disagreeable.
The mouthfeel is fresh and juicy acidity.
The nose has a sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit.
The balance of brown sugar, caramel-like deep burnt taste, and sweet and bitter taste is rich, dense, and quite pleasing.
This is still my favorite Yaats 😋.
