Today is my first Hokkaido sake ️. Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery🌸 The aroma is a little muscat? I'm not sure. It's also very tasty. There is also a sour bitterness that comes through in the nose 😋. I had it with octopus wasame kabu and it goes well with it. The sweetness increases👍.

I made a sightseeing trip to Sapporo in the first half of GW. I once wanted to try Genghis Khan in Susukino, Sapporo ^ ^. I made a reservation for "Seikishikkakemono". The manager's secret sake was this Junmai Ginjo of Sanzen Sakura. This sake goes well with Genghis Khan. No matter what you eat or drink in Hokkaido Delicious 😋.

I opened a bottle that I ordered from Furusato tax payment a long time ago. ❤️ This sake was brewed with rice called "Kitashizuku" produced in Higashikawa-cho and Higashikawa's underground water. It has the gorgeousness of a Junmai Daiginjo-style sake, but it is also very drinkable.

Commemorative sake from Doi Shoten, which had its grand opening last week Sanzen Sakura Junmai Ginjo Comet Orikagarami Opening the bottle, it was calmer than I expected. It has a yogurt-like aroma with a lot of acidity. The sweetness, umami, and acidity are strong. It has a gaseous and refreshing aftertaste. I myself don't have many chances to drink sake from Hokkaido, but... But from now on, I want to drink more and more of it. It's really delicious!
