After the wine in the photo, I drank Michizakura.
It's sake, after all!
Of course, lowbrow wine was delicious. But it's a matter of taste.
The taste is complex, not boring, with a bitter, egret-y taste that follows closely behind and leaves a crisp, clean aftertaste.
However, the bottle of Michizakura was quickly emptied.
Is it a matter of my preconceived notions?
Is it that I am too much influenced by the price?
Did I drink too much even though I am not a strong drinker?
I drank this sake at a sushi restaurant in Asahikawa after hearing that it was made to go with sushi.
Very tasty. Gorgeous.
Purchased at Asahikawa Airport. I think it was around 2,000 yen.
Repeat purchase.

My son is back home out of season. I bought this and a salmon rooibe set as gifts. He is not at home because he is playing around. My dad is starting the fall season and drinking at home. I'll have to leave some for him.
