Today is my first Hokkaido sake ️. Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery🌸 The aroma is a little muscat? I'm not sure. It's also very tasty. There is also a sour bitterness that comes through in the nose 😋. I had it with octopus wasame kabu and it goes well with it. The sweetness increases👍.

While purchasing a limited edition sake in return, we also tasted and bought a summer nigori (nigori is a type of sake that is sold in summer). The Yui Yui, which is made by Michiko Urasato at this brewery, is not sold at the brewery due to various reasons.

Aizan 100% nigori. It is delicious when you take a sip. It has a nice bubbly taste. And it was only 4-5 days old when it was uncorked. It is a nigori that you can feel the living yeast. I would like to match it with light and light meat and white meat fish. I felt it would go perfectly with cold entrées! Thank you very much.

Get it at a roadside station Last time it was a striped anagara This time it's an Ezo flying squirrel. Aren't they cute? We brought it to the inn and had it with Genghis Khan! It tastes just like Sanzen Sakura! A little bit sweet! We had it on the rocks with ice! It's more like "Ezomonga" than "Shimaenaga"! Isoamyl type aroma (like banana or pear) 5 cheese pizza 🧀 we met for lunch! Sake rice is Nanatsuboshi, and the alcohol is 15 degrees Celsius. It is a well-balanced sake, clean and crisp, but also umami and fruity. It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it is still very good. If you are in Hokkaido, Sanzen Sakura is the best!

Sanzen Sakura is delicious no matter what you drink! but this time it's my first time to drink it straight from the bottle. But this is my first time to drink Naokumi. The unique chiri-chiri-chiri gas feeling It goes down your throat so smoothly and crisply! What? This water is so good! Oh man, I can't stop drinking this 💦.
