Today is my first Hokkaido sake ️. Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery🌸 The aroma is a little muscat? I'm not sure. It's also very tasty. There is also a sour bitterness that comes through in the nose 😋. I had it with octopus wasame kabu and it goes well with it. The sweetness increases👍.

While purchasing a limited edition sake in return, we also tasted and bought a summer nigori (nigori is a type of sake that is sold in summer). The Yui Yui, which is made by Michiko Urasato at this brewery, is not sold at the brewery due to various reasons.

It's chilled to the perfect temperature. ✨Cold sake is the best! They moved to Hokkaido Sansei Sakura has moved to Hokkaido and is taking on the challenge of brewing new sake! I'm sure you'll be able to find a new way to make sake! I see 🧐. It was a wonderful sake that I want to drink again! It was a wonderful sake that I would like to drink again! As for the snacks! Bitter gourd! The bitter taste of this Sake gyu gyu gyu from this bitter taste is the best 😉👍

Today is a nice, salty weekend after yesterday's heat. This one is from Sanzenzakura, who moved their brewery to Higashikawa. and finally have a "souvenir set" that I bought in April. I'll have some 💦. Junmai Ginjo-shu with a Shimaenaga label! The delicious ginjo aroma invites drinking! A slight pineapple aroma and flavor. and soft mouthfeel. The softness of the taste will make you drink more and more! The souvenir set is also seamless! No corners were left out. thanks Sanzen Sakura Shuzo (Ezo no Kuni:Higashikawa)
