Today is my first Hokkaido sake ️. Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery🌸 The aroma is a little muscat? I'm not sure. It's also very tasty. There is also a sour bitterness that comes through in the nose 😋. I had it with octopus wasame kabu and it goes well with it. The sweetness increases👍.

After the brewery's relocation to Hokkaido This is the first time to drink it. The label by a designer from Asahikawa The label by a designer from Asahikawa creates a pleasant atmosphere. It has a gorgeous aroma and a slightly sweet taste. It goes well with light-flavored Japanese food.

While purchasing a limited edition sake in return, we also tasted and bought a summer nigori (nigori is a type of sake that is sold in summer). The Yui Yui, which is made by Michiko Urasato at this brewery, is not sold at the brewery due to various reasons.

After the wine in the photo, I drank Michizakura. It's sake, after all! Of course, lowbrow wine was delicious. But it's a matter of taste. The taste is complex, not boring, with a bitter, egret-y taste that follows closely behind and leaves a crisp, clean aftertaste. However, the bottle of Michizakura was quickly emptied. Is it a matter of my preconceived notions? Is it that I am too much influenced by the price? Did I drink too much even though I am not a strong drinker?

I drank this sake at a sushi restaurant in Asahikawa after hearing that it was made to go with sushi. Very tasty. Gorgeous. Purchased at Asahikawa Airport. I think it was around 2,000 yen. Repeat purchase.
