Before opening the bottle, I noticed the cherry blossom pattern on the stopper, a sake I had been curious about for some time. It has a creamy taste with a mild and mild flavor on the palate. It was a pleasant saké with a sweet aftertaste that quickly faded away. I thought about this when I drank Tokachi and Shirakawa Taisetsu before, but Hokkaido's sake has a unique sweetness to it. I personally love that sweetness, and the colder it gets, the sweeter it gets and the more I want to drink it again.

While browsing the shelves of a liquor store in search of a refreshing taste, an unusually simple label jumped out at me. I immediately took it home and enjoyed its refreshing aroma before taking a sip. The elegant sweetness spread out, and I was satisfied even without any snacks...but when I tasted it with nuts and dried fruits, it went very well with them.... After pulling out the weeds at home today and sweating a bit, a cup of this is a special treat.

When I looked at the cold storage, I wanted to drink this! I wanted to drink this when I saw it in the cold storage. I had an assumption that it was because it was made in Hokkaido. I was under the impression that it was expensive and a little difficult to get my hands on, but it is good to be able to afford this kind of sake at a corner bar ^_^. The taste is gentle and soft. It also has a slight aftertaste of bonito, which is a good thing for sake drinkers. What a surprise! So this is a regular sake! Although it is delicate to be a standard sake that needs to be refrigerated, I was surprised at how tasty and interesting it was. I was surprised at how tasty and interesting it was. I had the impression that it would be good to drink with snacks as well. I would like to drink it with bonito jerky.
